3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Pricing may be changed or updated at any time without prior notice.
  • All payments must be completed using secure third-party payment gateways.
  • We do not store or have access to your payment details.

4. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier service availability, typically within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on delivery address, product weight, and shipping method.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled only before production begins. If approved, a partial refund may be issued after deducting processing/transaction fees.
  • Because most products are personalized, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
  • Refunds are provided only in cases of verified damage, reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported with clear photos and an unboxing video.
