2.1 Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
As all our products are personalized and custom-made to individual specifications, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We kindly request customers to thoroughly review customization details before placing an order to avoid any issues.
2.2 Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged due to transit, we will gladly investigate the matter and offer a refund or replacement, subject to the following conditions:

The damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photographs and an unboxing video must be submitted as supporting evidence.

Our team will review the claim and respond within 5–7 business days.
2.3 Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
Please note:

Refunds are granted only in cases of verified damage.

Refunds will not be issued for personalization errors made by the customer.
2.4 Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once the production process has begun.
If a cancellation request is made before production, a partial refund may be provided after deducting applicable processing fees.
2.5 Incorrect or Missing Items
In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect or incomplete order, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery along with relevant proof. We will investigate and offer an appropriate resolution.
