đ Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
At Indian Discovery, every product is personalized and custom-made based on customer instructions.
Because of this, personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
â Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable
All customized & personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We request customers to carefully check name, spelling, font style, date, message, and other customization details before placing an order.
đ Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item Received
If your order arrives damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund after verification.
To file a claim, please share the following within 48 hours of delivery:
- Clear photos of the damaged/defective product
- Unboxing video showing the issue
Once the claim is submitted, our team will review it and respond within 5â7 business days.
đ° Refund Process
If the refund request is approved, it will be issued within 7â10 business days to the original method of payment.
Please note:
- Refunds are applicable only for verified damage/defect
- Refunds will not be issued for personalization errors provided by the customer (wrong name, wrong spelling, wrong message etc.)
đŚ Replacement
If approved, a replacement will be sent free of cost for:
- Damaged product
- Wrong product received
- Missing item in delivery
â Order Cancellation
Since all items are personalized, orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
If cancellation is requested before production, a partial refund may be issued after deducting processing/transaction fees.
đ Reporting Window
All issues (damage, wrong item, missing item) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
After 48 hours, the order will be considered accepted.
