3.1 Shipping Timeline
We strive to process all orders within 2 to 5 business days. Orders are then dispatched according to the shipping method selected at checkout.
Delivery timelines may vary based on the delivery location and the courier service provider. On average, deliveries take 5 to 10 business days for most regions.
3.2 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the order, delivery location, and the shipping speed selected by the customer.
We occasionally offer free shipping on select products or during promotional periods, which will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
3.3 Lost or Stolen Packages
Please note that Indian Discovery is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “Delivered” by the courier service.
In such cases, we recommend contacting the respective courier service directly for further assistance.
